Refund policy

Warranty & Guarantee

All Aquaware products come with a 24-month statutory warranty from the date of delivery. Additionally, we offer a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee for all sensors in our Monitoring Kits (excluding normal wear and tear).

Please note that certain sensors – such as pH, EC, and ORP sensors – experience natural wear over time and should be replaced at least every 12 months or sooner if you notice significant fluctuations in readings. The guarantee does not cover this natural sensor wear, but it does cover any other damages that interfere with the proper functioning of your product outside of normal usage.

 

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, simply send us an email at info@kesslermatics.com. If the product does not match the description or there are any issues with it, we will cover the return shipping costs entirely.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly refund the purchase price.
