Climate-Friendly Shipping
We exclusively ship with DHL GoGreen to ensure climate-friendly and reliable delivery. Shipping is from Germany.

Shipping Time
Domestic shipping within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days after payment is received. For orders within the EU and internationally, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier logistics.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within Germany. Shipping costs may apply for EU and international orders, and these will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking & Packaging
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your delivery at any time. We use plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging materials that are fully recyclable to minimize our environmental impact.

Order Preparation
Once your order is received, your hardware kit will be built, tested, and carefully prepared for shipping. Depending on our current workload, this process may take up to one week.

Special Note on Certain Sensors
For some sensors (like pH, EC, and ORP), components may be sourced and processed on demand. In these cases, international supplier lead times can extend to up to 4 weeks. If this applies to your order, we will clearly indicate this on the product page or via email to ensure transparency and avoid unexpected delays.
