Do I need a subscription to use the kit?

No subscription is required! The OLED screen shows live data out of the box. The free app also works without a subscription, uploading data every 12 hours. You can upgrade anytime for more features like frequent uploads and multi-aquarium monitoring.

Is the kit waterproof or safe around water?

Yes, all included sensors are waterproof and designed for continuous use in aquariums. The control unit itself should stay outside the tank but is protected by a splash-resistant enclosure.

Can I monitor more than one aquarium?

Yes! With a subscription plan, you can monitor multiple environments from the same account. Each environment will have its own sensor kit and data dashboard.

How is my data stored and protected?

All data is securely stored on European servers. Passwords are encrypted, and all communication is TLS-encrypted. You are the only one with access to your measurements.
